Conference Regular registration includes: Attendance to conference sessions, Conference bag, access to electronic proceedings, written materials (Conference Guide), welcome reception and gala dinner (June 29), coffee breaks, and lunches.

Student registration does not include gala dinner and a copy of the student card or formal letterhead document with supervisor name is required.

PLEASE NOTE:
Participants who registered for Sunday and paid a fee higher than the one shown above will be reimbursed by the difference between the paid value and the value referred above.

Liability and Insurance

Conference fee does not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase their insurances in their country of origin. Conference Secretariat and Organizing Institutions are not able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to persons or property during the meeting.
